Dr. Lieu and her staff are very professional. They are always, always on time. I love that I am seen on time, every time. Before selecting this office, I checked the reviews and found this office to be like none that I have visited. Because I have had bad experiences, I wanted to find a good dentist. She explains in great detail to ensure you know and understand the procedures she’s performing. Yes, I will recommend others. If you like promptness, professionalism, experienced dentist, this is the place. Orchid dental was originally recommended to me by one of my friends and I'm happy to have found a good & HONEST dental office. Dr. Lieu and her staff are professional, kind. She explains what she's doing, why she's doing them and her recommendations. She doesn't make up dental issues just to make money (like other dental offices I've been to in the past and why I disliked going to the dentist).

The office is quite, clean and have great communication. I went during COVID and they are taking extra steps to protect themselves and their pts.

Dr. Lieu and her staff are always friendly and helpful. She always makes sure that you understand what the procedure entails before you go into it. My husband and I enjoy going to her office. Also, I love how quick you are seen when arriving for your appointment. You are literally in and out!

Dr. Lieu and her staff are all fantastic! My wife and I have been going here for several years now. We used to live nearby but we moved about 3 years ago to Pioneer in Amador county about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away depending on traffic. They are worth the drive for us because Dr. Lieu cares and it shows in how they care for us. If we drive 2 hours to go here that should say something. I'm not the most articulate person, but everyone there is so calm and friendly that I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lieu and her staff. I hope this updated review will help others in picking Orchid dental as your dentist because they are fantastic and you won't be disappointed.

I love the staff and my dentist here. She is kind and gentle in her words and as a dentist. My kids and I have been going here for years and she is helped to treat all of us giving up great smiles. I had braces and my girls did not however their friends always ask them to see if they ever had braces and they always say no but I had a great dentist. I have referred many friends here too and will continue to stay with her a very long time. Thank you team for what you do!

Hello ... I recently went to Orchid Dental and did the routine teeth cleaning and checkup ... as always the staff and and Dr. Lieu did a great job ... their office is super clean and they are doing extra safe protocols to handle the current COVID crisis that is going on --- these extra steps to ensure safety made me feel very comfortable and safe.
